About this job

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will support the sales organization to achieve its global revenue plans, through the successful execution of sales enablement activities across new and existing products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Marketing and Commercial teams to create, manage and implement a planned program of marketing and sales support campaigns (including devising, qualifying, and delivering Sales Promotions) to deliver to Commercial objectives and support Commercial in achieving quarterly targets.
  • Support the Sales Enablement function to prepare tools for success for the commercial teams to present value propositions to customers in the right way.
  • Ongoing communication of content updates and other news through approved channels, thus ensuring the latest news reaches sellers on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate and manage a full analysis of all product marketing campaigns through implementing a successful tracking system.
  • Coordinate external social media activity for products and platforms across the business alongside the Marketing team.
  • Supporting and implementing any strategic initiatives which are designed to support corporate objectives i.e. those which improve our overall market or corporate / brand positioning e.g. Creation of white papers, thought leadership pieces etc.
  • Working with Product Management through the entire product / service development lifecycle to bring new products to launch.
  • Coordinating and delivering targeted Market Research programs to include competitor analysis, industry analysis, specific research / insight campaigns
  • Coordinate, plan and ensure we have the right level of attendance at key industry events
  • Responsible for managing / coordinating requirements for, and production of, marketing sales support collateral / materials (competitor analysis / reports, websites, brochures, leaflets, case studies) across all territories as requested in the agreed time frames including coordination of local language translations going over and above the details of the request.
  • Play a key role in delivering consistent business-orientated internal communications that ensure that there is a measurable increase in overall awareness of the business’ direction and strategy across all teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales/Marketing Specialist, Coordinator or Communications Specialist
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • CRM experience, Sales Force preferred
  • Experience of planning, running and analyzing effective digital marketing campaigns including email and social media
  • Strong team player with the ability to understand the business, its requirements and work autonomously
  • Good attention to detail – whether its copy/proofreading, checking image quality, or checking data and analytics statistics
  • Good understanding of key social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter specifically)
  • Ability to create and amend PowerPoint presentations
  • An organized and methodical approach to work, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize autonomously
  • A flexible approach to work with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous marketing experience is essential
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferred but not essential
